This is a translation of the Korean original. Where the two differ, the Korean text governs.

| Item | Purpose | Retention |

| Email address | Identifying the member; notices (collected only where consented) | Deleted immediately on account closure |

We do not collect your name, phone number, date of birth or address. If prize payouts ever begin we will need to collect the information required by tax law; we will revise this policy and ask for separate consent at that point.
Article 2 (Children under 14)
You must be 14 or older to join. Where we establish that a member is under 14, we delete the account without delay.
Article 3 (Disclosure to third parties)
We do not provide members’ personal data to third parties. The exception is a demand under law, or a lawful request from an investigating authority.
Article 4 (Processors)
1.Kakao and Google — social sign-in
2.Cloud infrastructure provider — running the servers and database
3.Payment provider — processing payments for paid cases (once introduced)
Any change of processor will be announced through this policy.
Article 5 (Deletion)
1.We delete data without delay once the retention period passes or the purpose is fulfilled.
2.Electronic files are deleted by means that cannot be reversed.
3.On account closure, submitted answers are processed so that the person cannot be identified and kept only as statistics. The success rate per case is what sets its difficulty, so it is kept only as per-round statistics.
Article 6 (Your rights)
You may at any time ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to have its processing stopped. You can close your account yourself from the My Record screen; any other request can be sent to the contact below.
Article 7 (Security measures)
1.We store no passwords. Sign-in relies entirely on Kakao and Google authentication.
2.Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS.
3.Administrative functions sit behind separate authentication, with access kept to a minimum.
Article 8 (Privacy officer)
1.Officer — 이효중
2.Contact — dev@team1985.com
Article 9 (Changes to this policy)
We announce changes to this policy 7 days before they take effect, and 30 days before where the change disadvantages members.
